At Aimia, Eidsvold works with his base of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to implement and operate effective meeting and incentive travel programs that deliver measurable results.  In addition, he serves on the Executive Committee of the SITE International Board of Directors where he focuses his efforts on global sponsorship and fundraising in his role as VP of Business Development.

This course will help attendees define the elements of motivation and behavioral change, identify opportunities for incentive travel to build employee/customer loyalty and engagement and apply qualification criteria for incentive travel programs to motivation drivers.
