General Information
All meetings will take place in Paris 1-4 ballrooms, towards the rear of the Conference Center, behind the Inn. Please refer to the Resort Map for location details. Appointments will start promptly. Please check your meeting schedule in the app in advance and be punctual.
Buyers: please look for your transfer information which will be posted at the Hospitality Desk on Thursday morning, May 8.
Suppliers: IMPORTANT!
Please make sure you plan ahead for your transportation as the hotel is one hour away from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and rideshare options are extremely limited in Braselton.

Hotel Checkout: Checkout time for the resort is 11:00 AM. Please plan accordingly for checking out of the hotel and checking bags with the concierge around your GMITE schedule.
All delegates will be given color-designated badges and lanyards upon arrival. These will enable you to distinguish between buyers and suppliers and will be used as your pass for each function, so please be sure to wear your badge throughout the entire event including all receptions and activities. Color designations are as follows:
Orange = Buyer
Green = Supplier
Grey = Guest/Speaker
Questex Badge = Staff
Meals, breaks, receptions, team building, and activities are an integral part of the program, and all GMITE delegates are requested to participate in each function. Please refer to the Event Agenda in your app for times, locations and themes/dress code. Buyers are required to attend all functions.
